Rates

As we have only one apartment, full payment is required 14 days after booking confirmation.

Apartment Rates

Off Season	$1500 for 7 nights Minimum stay is 2 nights - total cost $750 (this can include weekends). $150/night thereafter, i.e. 3 nights/$900, 4 nights $1050, 5 nights $1200
School Holidays (excluding Easter and Christmas)	$1750 for 7 nights
Easter	$1750 for 7 nights
Wintersun Festival (Queens Bday Weekend)	$3150 for 7 nights
Christmas (December and January)	$2000 for 7 nights - 1/12/2012 to 15/12/2012 $3000 for 7 nights - 15/12/2011 to 26/1/2013

Conditions

If BOOKING CANCELLED and the agent is unable to re-let the accommodation for all of the booking period:

(a) then the full booking amount will be forfeited

(b) if the premises are re-let for the same rate as your booking amount, then a 12% re-booking fee will be deducted from the booking paid and the balance refunded.

IF PAYMENT IS MADE BY CHEQUE, receipt is issued subject to such cheque being cleared. Any bank charges, fees etc. applicable to dishonour or re-presenting the cheque will be passed onto the guest.

2% SURCHARGE on all EFTPOS transactions.

Credit Card security required on arrival.
